Very clean, nice comfortable beds! The water in the shower got very hot and stayed hot, the breakfast was so very good! The lady working the breakfast this morning was so nice & helpful and was offering coloring pages for my kids, and a tray to be able to carry their food.
Absolutely five stars for the Hampton Inn Columbia. The customer service here was top-notch from start to finish. Josh deserves a special shout-out for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. Michelle was incredibly polite and welcoming, and Lynn, the property manager, clearly sets the tone for a team that genuinely cares. Everyone made us feel valued and comfortable. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in town!
We stopped here on way to FL. The front desk clerk Michelle was great, very helpful and helped with anything that we needed! Room were very clean and beds were nice. Good location off the I-65.
Spent a month here for work . The rooms were nice , very clean and comfortable. Any issues were taken care of right away. The best thing this hotel has are the people working there. Michelle, Greg, Josh, Lynn and the breakfast crew made this trip more. From joking with us while we played cards in the lobby to the breakfast to Lynn keeping things moving smoothly. I will definitely be back
Great stay! Friendly staff, quick service, and plenty of room to park our long trailer. The room was clean with a fantastic shower, though the mattress was on the firm/noisy side. Excellent breakfast selection—plus a doggie bag for the trip! A reliable, convenient stop for anyone driving through Tennessee.
Just exit from I-65 near Columbia town and Henry Horton state park. Bigger room and extra clean with all friendly services of desk and breakfast bars. Favorite lodge of quiet and comfy night stays.
I stay in a hotel for work every week & rarely does a hotel blow me away. The service here is wonderful!! Greg at check in was a gem! So kind, personable & welcoming. Tonya made an awesome breakfast & was chipper at 6am! Everyone on staff that I encountered seemed genuinely happy to be here which is hard to find in any service these days. Really grateful to this team for a great stay & everything was super clean!
Good location have places to eat nearby and a Loves to get gas when you leave. Rooms were good nothing extravagant but they were good. The room did have a bathtub which some folks love. Plenty of baggage carriers at front desk which is nice.
